We walk the property, measure, photograph, and listen. You leave the visit with a written scope and a flat-rate ballpark · not a vague verbal quote.

Design, drafting, structural engineering, and Title 24. We handle plan check and resubmittals so you don't sit on hold with the city.

We file, we pay the fees, we run the corrections. You don't see City Hall unless you want to. Every approved permit number is shared with you in writing.
